Excerpt from the jury report:

“Tradition.”

Objection is raised to the conspicuously shallow depth of the building wings. The entrance halls are fragmented and scarcely usable. The individual larger apartments are located far from the staircases and can be reached only by means of suspended galleries.

The façades are artistic and highly appealing, and they far surpass the quality of the floor-plan solutions. It is, however, not advisable that the second-floor windows opening onto Hatvan Street are very small and unsuitable for a rental apartment building.
