Church, Erdőfalva

The building is located at the northern edge of the village, along the main road. It represents the renovation and modification of an existing rural wooden church. The lateral entrance, the stone plinth, and the combined timber-and-stone tower constitute Kós’s most significant additions to the original structure. Details such as the wooden side porch at the entrance are handled with particular refinement and form the principal characteristic of the side façade.
