Kós Károly and Zrumeczky Dezső prepared several small school designs for remote rural communities.
Kós Károly recalled the design task he shared with Zrumeczky Dezső for a school and boarding building planned for Hűvösvölgy as follows:

The building burned down in 1956. It was reconstructed with significant modifications. No drawings or photographic material of the completed parsonage have yet been found.
No documentation concerning the construction of the building has been found to this day.

A two-storey school building located in the courtyard of the old College. It is not known to what extent the building’s realization was based on the plans of Kós Károly.
A significant medieval church once stood on the site. The plans for its renovation, expansion, and extension were prepared by Debreczeni László in 1930.
