Community Hall, Köröstárkány

This cultural center design belongs to the type established by the plans created for Körösfő, Kispetri, and Fehéregyháza. The underlying principle of the design is a two-storey hall built entirely of stone and set perpendicular to the street frontage, combined with a slightly offset, attached single-storey projection. The main entrance was located at the junction of these two volumes. Service functions and a small apartment were placed at the rear. Several sketches present alternative solutions for this concept adapted to the steeply rising site.
